What are cryptocurrencies?

It is possible to buy and sell this asset on the famous exchanges (brokerage houses) or through the P2P system (peer-to-peer, person-to-person or point-to-point), which brings together investors interested in the crypto asset, without the need for an institution.

Even with these virtual currencies, it is possible to carry out transactions, safely and even internationally, without having to resort to intermediary means – all this is only possible thanks to Blockchain technology, which allows these movements to be registered.

How has the market adapted to this new reality?

As previously mentioned, digital currencies have increasingly gained space in different markets, ranging from the most traditional (such as finance and real estate) to the most open to innovations (such as games and technology).

As an example, recognized banks have offered cryptocurrency funds, which work in a similar way to an investment fund. The financial institutions open to these transformations bet a little more and already bring the possibility of selling and buying assets in their own applications.

These movements attest, once again, that the future is now.
